HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM)– Harrisburg Police are searching for a burglary suspect on Tuesday morning.
According to the Harrisburg Bureau of Police, officers are seeking the whereabouts of Celestino Arvelo, 39, who is wanted for burglary at a business in Allison Hill.
