LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – Potter Park Zoo will accept holiday light donations through Saturday, Jan. 31.
The zoo is collecting old or nonworking holiday light strands for recycling in an effort to promote sustainability and give the materials a second life.
Proceeds from the recycled materials will support the zoo’s Wonderland of Lights. Donors are asked to remove light strands from any decorations before dropping them off…
