Grocery store cooperative Wakefern — which owns dozens of ShopRite stores across New Jersey — is going on a hiring spree later this winter with job fairs at 32 stores throughout North Jersey.
Wakefern, the owner of several stores for ShopRite, Price Rite Marketplace, The Fresh Grocer, Gourmet Garage and Fairway Market stores, plans to hold a walk-up hiring fair on Jan. 31 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., provided the weather holds up. If not, a snow date is set for the following Saturday, Feb. 7.
