PREIT is continuing its update of its flagship Cherry Hill Mall, announcing the debut of four retail and dining tenants and a newly signed lease with another well-known brand.
According to the company, the latest additions to the 1.3 million-square-foot complex include Coach, which enhances the center’s upscale fashion offerings, and the active and casual apparel concept known as OFFLINE by Aerie. Another newly opened store, POP MART, expands the Route 38 mall’s specialty retail lineup with the character-based collectibles store’s only location in the Philadelphia area, while Suki Hana offers fast-casual Japanese cuisine including teriyaki bowls, sushi and hibachi-style favorites…
