HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Three people were hospitalized with injuries after a car crashed into the porch of a Socastee home, Horry County Fire Rescue said Sunday night.
Crews responded just before 7 p.m. to the area of Highway 707 and Jamiso Road, under Highway 544.
