Oklahoma Leaders Call for Change After Minnesota ICE Incident
Both Oklahoma’s governor and the mayor of Oklahoma City are calling for change by federal law enforcement following a controversial Minnesota ICE incident that has drawn national scrutiny.
Governor Kevin Stitt spoke about the incident on CNN’s State of the Union, expressing concern about ongoing unrest and urging federal agencies to respond differently to community tensions. During his remarks, Governor Stitt said the turmoil seen in Minnesota cannot continue the way it has.
