SAN ANTONIO — We now know the identity of a man who was tragically struck and killed early Monday morning while working on his disabled vehicle along U.S. Highway 90.
The Bexar County Medical Examiner identified the victim as 34-year-old Miguel Martinez. His cause and manner of death are still pending.
