NIXA, Mo. — A full-size RV drove into an embankment this morning, causing one person to be stuck inside.
According to the Nixa Fire Protection District, at 7:08 a.m., fire crews were dispatched to the area near E. Minnehaha and E. Muskego of an RV that hit a tree.
Crews set up a rope system to access the RV, which was down a 30-foot embankment.
Despite the minus seven-degree temperatures, crews were able to rescue the occupant, who made it out with minor injuries…
