TULSA, OKLA. (KTUL) — Four people are facing felony charges after Tulsa police say they spent a winter weather day moving from store to store stealing hundreds of dollars in merchandise.
According to investigators, the first theft happened around 1:30 p.m. on January 26 at the Target near 21st Street and Yale Avenue.
