Victim identified in 14th Street suspicious death

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The name of the victim in Friday’s suspicious death has been released.

SFPD: 8 stolen vehicles over the weekend

According to Sioux Falls Police Department Crimes Against Persons Sgt. Cole German, Hunter Black Feather, 35, of Sioux Falls, was the man police found seriously injured Friday morning.

On Friday morning, police were dispatched to the 600 block of West 14th Street for a dead man. Police found a man who’d been seriously injured and later died at the hospital.

Late Friday afternoon, Hoksina Thompson was booked into the Minnehaha County Jail in connection with the death. Currently, he faces two counts of aggravated assault but police said they are working with the Minnehaha County State’s Attorney office on enhanced charges…
