Plans are moving forward for a new McDonald’s on the corner of Pacific Avenue and South 38th Street in Tacoma.
Site development plans were filed with the City of Tacoma on Jan. 20, with a proposed location of 3801 Pacific Ave.
A pre-application was filed in 2024, laying out plans for a McDonald’s restaurant and drive-thru with 47 parking spaces, coming in at around 3,600 square feet, as The News Tribune previously reported…
