2 semi-trucks crash through same guardrail, into woods off Summit County highway

SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – Two semi trucks crashed through a guardrail and into the woods in Summit County on Tuesday morning.

The first crash happened on I-76 westbound after CR-18 around 11:30 a.m.

Just over 30 minutes later, a second semi-truck crashed through the same guardrail and narrowly missed slamming into the first semi-truck.

The right lane on I-76 W is blocked just before the Tallmadge Mogadore exit 29.

Bumper-to-bumper traffic is slowing down westbound drivers from where I-76 meets OH-43 in the Brimfield area, past the Summit County line, to where I-76 meets Southeast Avenue…
