ANN ARBOR, MI – A man who pleaded guilty to robbing a Subway restaurant has been sentenced to time served.
John Fulton, 60, was sentenced to 130 days in jail, with credit for 130 days already served, after pleading guilty to using a knife to rob the Saline restaurant, according to court records. He will also serve six months of probation.
Fulton pleaded guilty to assault and larceny between $200 and $1,000 on Dec. 9 before Washtenaw County Trial Court Judge Carol Kuhnke, according to court records. The two charges are misdemeanors…
