CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Many people may have had the last few days to stay home during the winter storm, but for plumbing crews and Charlotte Water, it’s no days off as they respond to burst pipes around the city.
That includes city water lines and frozen pipes at people’s homes.
