COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – Nearly 11 years after 25-year-old Keith Turner was gunned down while driving on Interstate 185, his killer remains free and his mother continues seeking justice.
Turner was shot multiple times while driving his silver car on I-185 northbound near the Cusseta Road overpass in the early morning hours of July 11, 2015. He died at the scene around 4 a.m., according to the coroner.
The night of the murder
Bridgette Turner said her son had told her he was staying home for the night after they spoke earlier that day.
