MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — A man was sentenced to two decades in prison on Monday after pleading guilty to shooting at two police officers in May 2025.
Omarion Glass, 20, of Greensboro, North Carolina, received 20 years for attempted murder and five years for possession of a weapon during a violent crime. These sentences will be served concurrently.
On May 22, 2025, police attempted to stop a stolen vehicle when Glass, in the front passenger seat, fired a pistol at two officers. He then pulled out an “AR rifle” and shot at another officer.
