HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — Frustration on Harrisburg side streets is mounting along with the snow.
Thanks to the work of plow truck drivers, roads like Kelker Street are now passable. However, residents living nearby say the snow being plowed off Kelker Street was pushed into Penn Street, blocking people in.
