Icy road conditions in the Bull City are making it difficult for drivers. They are also affecting the bottom lines of some local businesses.
“It’s tough for us to get out of our neighborhood and my mother’s neighborhood,” said Harry Monds, owner of Lula & Sadie’s Southern Eatery. “It seems to be a little different than it has in the past. It didn’t take long for residential areas to get dealt with. No trucks going through. We haven’t seen anything like that. Seems that it’s taking a little longer than it has in the past.”
