(WJET/WFXP)– The Pennsylvania man accused of strangling and killing his cellmate at State Correctional Institution Albion appeared in court Monday.
According to court documents, 33-year-old Dylan Lesnik appeared before Magisterial District Judge Jeffrey Gadley for his preliminary hearing, where prosecutors dropped aggravated assault and reckless endangerment charges.
