A Chatham County judge on Thursday denied bond again for the two men arrested in connection to the fatal hit-and-run of a 14-year-old as new charges were brought against them.
Miguel Reyes-Castro, 32, and Olvin Antonio Ramos-Ramos, 29, were initially charged with tampering with evidence and willful obstruction of law enforcement officers a day after the incident that killed Marcus Anderson in late-December.
