Evans County, Ga. (WSAV) — Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) agents arrested a 51-year-old Savannah man for allegedly exploiting an elderly person in Evans County Monday.
Duane Ellington Nunnally, 51, is charged with exploitation of an elderly person, filing false documents and theft by taking.
