Toledo man charged with murder, arson in fire that killed missing woman

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo man charged in multiple arson cases is now accused of killing a missing woman whose remains were found in a burned-down home.

William McKinley was indicted by a Lucas County grand jury on Jan. 27. Court filings said he is charged with murder and two counts of aggravated arson.

McKinley is accused of starting a fire at a home that killed 63-year-old Rinda Brown. The coroner’s office said she died of smoke and soot inhalation…
