Following a snowstorm that dropped more than 20 inches of snow on Worcester, residents are divided on whether the city did a good job cleaning up the snow.
Stakes were high for the city, as last year a winter storm left the city’s roads covered in uneven ice with residents complaining about the conditions five days after the storm.
