EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — A man charged with intoxication manslaughter in a deadly New Year’s crash ran a red light while driving under the influence, admitting to drinking six beers, according to court documents obtained by KFOX14/CBS4.
The deadly crash happened at the intersection of Gateway North and Sean Hagerty early on Jan. 1, resulting in the death of 18-year-old Angelique Diaz De Leon, a resident of Northeast El Paso, Texas.
