JOHNSON, Arkansas — As the effects of this weekend’s winter storm linger, school districts in Arkansas and Oklahoma are making the decision to close again on Wednesday, January 28.
While many major roads have been cleared, above-freezing temperatures are causing a melt, and with temps to dip below freezing overnight, officials warn refreezing is a threat to traffic conditions.
