NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre said a Thibodaux man has been booked with manslaughter in the death of his father.
Terry Martinez, 66, was arrested in connection with the death of Dennis Martinez, 95, also of Thibodaux.
On Jan. 6, the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office began investigating an incident that occurred two days earlier in which Terry Martinez allegedly struck Dennis Martinez at their home, causing him to fall and suffer a head injury.
Dennis Martinez was airlifted to University Medical Center in New Orleans for treatment…
