ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A city council meeting ends with an arrest in the hallway, when police notice a complaining citizen is “wanted.”
It was at a Berkeley City Council meeting this month, when a woman wanted for domestic assault and armed criminal action showed up to complain to the city council.
