COTTAGE GROVE, Ore. — Lane County deputies arrested a man after a K9 chase that ended with a cellphone catching on fire.
Around 5 p.m. on January 26, Lane County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a residence in the 31800 block of Cottage Grove Lorane Road, to look for Robert David Clark, 44, of Cottage Grove.
