Fort Wayne Phil to open new venue with liquor license, Council discusses new licenses

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — The Fort Wayne Philharmonic will soon have a new stage to call home.

The brick building at 826 Ewing Street will be neighbors with the former University of St. Francis Performing Arts Center and Scottish Rite (recently purchased by Chuck Surack).

The hope is to give a venue that is a little bit different in nature and give the Philharmonic a permanent home in the heart of Downtown Fort Wayne…
