Woodruff Road will soon get a new franchise in Qdoba Mexican Eats. The fast-casual, create-your-own bowl restaurant will enter the corridor at 1125 Woodruff Road near Trader Joe’s. The location will open Feb. 3. The new storefront is the second in the Upstate, with the first in Mauldin along Fork Shoals Road.
