WSMV4 meteorologist Bree Smith — in the middle of one of the worst winter storms in Nashville history — also needed to tend to her son who was hospitalized Saturday after a sledding accident.
Her son Brooks broke two vertebrae in his spine when he crashed after hitting some ice near the family’s home in Hendersonville, Tennessee, Smith told social media followers.
