ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Local kombucha company Happy Gut Sanctuary will be closing its cafe, but this will not be the end of the business.
The owners took to social media Wednesday morning to announce the decision. They explained that one of the owners sustained injuries, among other setbacks. They said they had to “stop and ask ourselves what pushing forward was costing us.”
However, the owners said this is not the end of Happy Gut Sanctuary — they will continue producing kombucha and growing through events. This includes appearances at the Brighton Farmer’s Market every Sunday…
