VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – A person riding an electric scooter was critically injured after being hit by a car.
According to Virginia Beach Police, they were called to the scene of a crash involving an electric scooter just before 6 a.m. on Jan. 26, 2026, in the 5300 block of Virginia Beach Boulevard.
First responders arrived on scene transported the adult victim to an area hospital in critical condition…
