DMV Hessler Blvd. facility where Cpl Ty Snook was murdered to stay closed through Feb.

The Wilmington DMV facility where State Police Corporal Ty Snook was gunned down in December will stay closed through the end of February – this, as the DMV plans to start closing 30 minutes earlier each weekday beginning next Monday.

The DMV said Tuesday that the schedule revision is to allow sufficient time for “end-of-day-processing and other required procedures.”

DMV locations will now be open from 8 a.m. until 4::00 p.m., except for Wednesdays when hours will be 11 a.m. until 6:30 p.m.

Some services can also be completed online at MyDMV.delaware.gov…
