The Wilmington DMV facility where State Police Corporal Ty Snook was gunned down in December will stay closed through the end of February – this, as the DMV plans to start closing 30 minutes earlier each weekday beginning next Monday.
The DMV said Tuesday that the schedule revision is to allow sufficient time for “end-of-day-processing and other required procedures.”
DMV locations will now be open from 8 a.m. until 4::00 p.m., except for Wednesdays when hours will be 11 a.m. until 6:30 p.m.
