EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso city leaders, law enforcement and prosecutors say they are stepping up efforts to crack down on drunk driving as impaired driving arrests continue to rise across the city.
El Paso Mayor Renard U. Johnson, El Paso Police Chief Peter Pacillas, and El Paso County District Attorney James Montoya were all present at the press conference on Tuesday, January 27.
