YOUNGSVILLE, La. (NEWS 15) — A demoted and suspended Youngsville police captain is being reinstated.
It comes after he made his case at a lengthy civil service appeals hearing on Tuesday, January 27. In fact, that hearing involving 16-year veteran John Davison went into the late night hours.
