Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) has announced that portions of two streets will close beginning Wednesday, January 28. The closures are as follows:
- 70th Street between McCormick Drive and Arbor Road will close from 8 a.m. Wednesday, January 28, to 4 p.m. Thursday, January 29, for Lincoln Electric System utility work. The recommended detour is Fletcher Avenue to North 56th (55X) Street to Arbor Road.
- “P” Street between 12th and 13th streets will close from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, January 28, for Christmas light removal. The recommended detour is 12th Street to “O” Street to 14th Street.
