ONEIDA, Wis. — Court appearances are ongoing for the four people charged with child neglect in Outagamie County.
It stems from a 14-year-old girl whom authorities removed from a trailer home in Oneida this past August. Authorities said she weighed 35 pounds.
The teenage girl’s father, Walter Goodman, is charged with five counts of felony child neglect.
