Howard, WI – The Brown County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man connected to a retail theft incident that occurred earlier this month at a Menards in Howard.
According to Deputy D. Binford of the Brown County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division, the theft took place around 4:41 p.m. on January 4, 2026, at the Menards store located at 2300 Woodman Drive.
