The Holocaust Museum Houston is offering free admission on Tuesday for International Holocaust Remembrance Day, observed each year on the anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau in 1945.
The United Nations General Assembly designated Jan. 27 as the day of remembrance to honor the millions of people, including 6 million Jewish lives, lost at the hands of the Nazi regime.
