BOISE, Idaho — Months after a Boise woman was found dead in Meridian inside a U-Haul, the cause of her death has been determined.
Shawna Helling was found on Thursday, Oct. 16, 2025. Officers responded to a report of an unresponsive woman in the vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said she was “cold to the touch.”
