SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — A Coeur d’Alene teenager was arrested following a suspected DUI crash in Spokane Valley Tuesday night.
According to Washington State Patrol (WSP), the teen was fleeing WSP in a pursuit, heading west on Mission Avenue when he tried to turn right and hit a chainlink fence.
