Former Forks Twp. cop accused of radio tampering agrees to resign

A former Forks Township police officer accused of tampering with a fellow officer’s portable radio 17 times has agreed to resign, according to information obtained by lehighvalleylive.com through a right-to-know request.

Former officer James Parsons allegedly tampered with officer Daniel Sciabica’s radio 17 times between June and August 2025. When Sciabica plugged in his radio to charge it after his shift, Parsons allegedly unplugged it from the charger or removed the battery.
