Melty has opened a new spot in Aiken Towne Park at 4087 Julep Way. Grilled cheese sandwiches dominate the menu. Owner Josh Keaton was taking orders and running the cash register on Jan. 23.
The restaurant serves melts like the Melty Club and Melty Burger. Four Cheese Classic, Turkey Bacon, Ham & Swiss, Crispy or Spicy Chicken, Jalapeno Popper, and BBQ Pulled Pork round out the selection. Soups, salads, and desserts also appear on the menu, plus sides like French fries, tater tots, beer-battered onion rings, and cheese curds.
