ALBANY COUNTY, N.Y. — (WRGB) — A man arrested several times in Albany County last year has now pleaded guilty to the crimes.
Gino Guadagno, 30, first stole a toothbrush from Market 32 on Madison Avenue last April and was banned from all locations.
