A late-night search warrant executed by the Walker County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the arrest of Vincent Wade Yarbrough, who now faces multiple drug-related charges, including possession with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of prescription medication and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
This arrest adds to Yarbrough’s ongoing legal troubles. He was previously arrested alongside his sister in June 2025 in connection with the discovery of a body following a house fire in Graysville. That incident prompted a homicide and arson investigation after fire crews found an unidentified man dead inside a burning home. At that time, Yarbrough was charged with second-degree arson and abuse of a corpse, while other suspects faced charges including murder and arson related to the fire.
Officials have not yet publicly connected the circumstances of the drug charges to the earlier fire case, but law enforcement continues to pursue investigations tied to both matters…
