A new winter storm could target the East Coast this weekend, but forecasters say the exact track will determine whether cities from Charlotte to Boston see heavy snow or mostly rain and wind, according to the National Weather Service and AccuWeather.
The storm is expected to develop along a stalled front near the Gulf Coast before potentially strengthening and moving north up the Atlantic Coast late Friday, Jan. 31, into Sunday, Feb. 1.
