TROY, N.Y. (WRGB) — Snow emergencies are in effect across parts of the Capital Region, and in the City of Troy, enforcement wasted no time making sure people are following the rules.
City officials tell CBS6 that around 50 vehicles had been towed as of Tuesday afternoon, with that number expected to rise as snow cleanup continues.
