City issues deadline to developer to finish One West Palm complex

Seven years after he broke ground, West Palm Beach leaders are giving real estate developer Jeff Greene a deadline to finish what will be Palm Beach County’s tallest building — the two-tower One West Palm project.

City administrators say they reached an agreement with Greene that calls for him to finish construction of the project on the north side of the city’s downtown by the end of 2027.

If not, his company has agreed to pay $5 million in “liquidated damages,” city records show…
