The Staunton Police Department said a young boy is dead following a reported sledding accident.
Police, along with personnel from Staunton Fire & Rescue, were called to North Waverly Street shortly before midnight on Jan. 27 after it was reported an 11-year-old boy was discovered unresponsive at a residence, according to a report.
